I came in without an appointment when I noticed a warning light indicating that my brake lights weren't functioning. Moises had it fixed while I waited in less than 15 minutes. You always take good care of us and our vehicles.

Moises was very helpful since I got there with issues with my AC in my civic. Before he even talked about an appointment he checked if the car had any open recalls on the car knowing that this model has had issues with the AC. After we didn’t find any open recalls we went ahead and made an appointment for the next day. Dropped off my car at 8 am and I was contacted right before noon like he had promised. Turned out it was my AC condenser, instead of offering repairs he researched and found out that my car had an extended warranty on that issue and referred me to Honda to get that repaired under warranty. D S auto express is a stand up and honest shop! Will definitely go to them for any future needs!

Great service. So far, all services/repairs have been completed within a decent timeframe.

I went to have my brakes and routers replaced. From the moment I got them replaced there were issues. They screeched so loud and was shaking everytime I brake. Sound only got worse. (I have an SUV that isn't super fast or full of power fyi) I thought it was off balance. I took it into another shop. They said hey those breaks you have are bad and scratching the routers. We took it back to DS. They took a look a look and made some excuse how there's nothing wrong. We took it again. Same thing. Until I had to take it again...but life happened and here I am in April. Take it in they take all day btw and have me pay for labor again. Replace the routers and brakes but are trying to say someone is driving it down hill and like a race car downhill and saying things...really come on now. That's just ridiculous. You can clearly tell it's a family car even with a dog gate. As many times as we took it back it had clearly been a real issue. It could easily be a defective part but to blame us and us have to pay again....that was just wrong.

The assumptions they make about clients and what they say to them. Accountability for something going wrong. Making clients over pay for their mistake or a parts defect. this isn't great customer service or the way I would want anyone to be treated.
